Half of top 12 Built, are you happy so far?

My favorite out of the 6 that are in so far is Danny. He has been my favorite since i saw him. He has a different voice and is just amazing. The one i liked the other night was Allison and the Man in the mirror guy. There are some great talent out there. The ones i want so far to return for the fourth week would be Anoop from week one and then Jasmine from week 2. Im not sure how many they are bringing back, but those two need to have another chance and hopefully they will sing a better song this time. Im sure Norman (NICK) will be brought back just for the laughs, but i dont think he should be let through because hes not really there to win it seems like.

Danny knows how to arrange the instruments, he was the only one that I like last week. He has talent in arranging the music as well as can sing. And I do like Allison the best this week. Chris was amazing too, he made me forget who sang Man In The Mirror. That's not an easy thing to do. The 3rd seat though, I didn't care who was going to get it. I only wanted Allison and Chris. I think this week's group had the most talented of them all.

I like the top six. I'm glad that they were chosen and I'm actually rooting for them except for Alexis. Alexis is great don't get me wrong, I'm just not digging the song that she sang. For the wild card I think Jasmine will be back and also Anoop.

Out of the first group I'm extremely happy. Alexis was my girl pick and she nailed it, Danny was my guy pick and he nailed it. I like Anoop too, and I wish he had made it instead of Michael but oh well. Out of the second group, it was harder. My favorite girl was Allison so I was thrilled! I also loved Mishavonna though so I'm just not sure how I feel about her not making it. I think she is very relevant and commercial, fun, and she can sing. I did not feel that Megan matched that description even though the judges said that. I suppose maybe it had something to do with the fact that I HATED the song Megan sang. I'm not fond of Train either but Mishavonna performed much better. Adam was easily my favorite guy pick, sorry but he reminds me in a way of Constantine from a previous season. He's very charming, comfortable on stage, has a presence, and makes eye contact with the camera and the crowd. Since this is a competition for not just raw natural singing talent but whether someone can be a lucrative performer live, I think this is an important skill to have. I was also pleased with Kris, he may not have that engaging stage presence but he has a voice like David Archuleta and he is just... cute. . I really liked Matt Breitzke and Jesse though, I thought they both performed very well and I'd love to see both of them get another chance along with Mishavonna. I also loved how Matt said he disagreed that he chose the wrong song, the song he sang meant something to him - and it's a song *I* like. Ewww. I can't stand Norman. If NICK would sing as NICK and actually sing instead of being an idiot, then I'd give him a shot. He should have gone on 'last comic standing' instead of American Idol lol. I do like Jasmine, more or less I can say I liked her at her audition and hollywood week. Her performance as top 36 was not good though. I have noticed that within this bunch of talent, singly each of them seem good but you quickly see who is good and who is excellent in comparison. Bleh. I was just looking at the contestants in group three and I'm disappointed. Lil Rounds and Scott MacIntyre are my picks just from remembering this group from hollywood. Undecided on Taylor and Felicia, I like both of them but not sure about ENOUGH. So... I guess in closing I'm satisfied with the choices so far but would like to see Matt Breitzke, Jesse Langseth, Mishavonna Henson, and Anoop Desai again.

Danny, Michael, Allison and Alexis may not have the best vocals of Melinda Doolittle nor the powerful voice of other previous contestants but they really stand out during the performance nights. Adam showed a very good performance and an incredible voice. I am quite satisfied with the result but I am wondering how Chris was able to get through. I am hoping though that the judges will bring the better vocalists for the 9th to 12th places.

I am pretty happy so far. I really like Danny, Alexis, Allison, and Adam. I don't think that is what he is always going to sing, although I thought he did great. I like Kris too, although I hope he does better than Man in the Mirror. He did good, but I think he can do better. For the wild card, I really want Megan back - I really liked her and voted for her. I'm not in to Norman Gentle at all. I would rather have some real talent to watch. I think my favorites right now are Allison and Danny. Sorry if I sounded rude, I can't really tell when I'm typing. Ok. I like Danny, he is very soulful. My hairs were raising when he sang "Hero" by Mariah Carrey. It is a very common and old song yet he sang it in his own way and approach. Alexis is very cool too. I don't like Michael, i even prefer Nuke (the Indian guy) to have entered the first three than Michael. The next three who have entered? Allison is good, she had a right choice of song and belted it, that's why. Chris? I think Matthew (I am not sure if that's his name), the guy with husky voice is better than Chris. I have other choice from the girls and I forgot the name. I am buying the hype of Adam, he is young and versatile. Though, I wanted him to have sang something from the Queen. I recall, he is like John Travolta who can do the Musical-Theatrical style. No to Norman Gentle. American Idol is not for him. He is good entertainer, but not much of a singer. For the last 12? We'll just see....
