Are Rottweillers more dangerous Then Dashhounds?

I am just curious to find out how maney people beleive that rottweillers are more dangerouse then ankle biters. Is it becouse of their size or just their looks? I have raised many rotts and as a general role they all were verry loving and good tempered. I have also raised many small breads of dogs and found them to be more tempermental and agressive then the larger breads.
