how to get rid of pimples at my back

I dont get many pimples in my face, sometimes i will only get 1 or 2, but i just have a problem wtih my back. Its like I want to have smooth back but the problem is i get red dots there and yes they are pimples. Help everyone, How can i get rid of it?
