What kind of birth control do you use? Is it working for you?

I started using the birth control pill when I started BC. After I got married and had one child, I started using the Patch. That method was a lot easier than the pill because I didn't have to remember to take it every day. It was a once a week thing.
After I miscarried last November, I decided to put myself on the Miredia (sp?) so that I wouldn't get pregnant again so soon. We still are talking about more children (we have two), we just need to get our life straightened out a little more before we have more.

I don't use any birth control currently, but I have been thinking about it for regulation. Which method worked best for that? I'm debating between the pill, the depo shot, or something like that.
I haven't had kids, I didn't know that limits the options. I knew someone who used the patch and they still don't have any kids.

Actually, the whole reason I started birth control, when I was 16, it was get myself a little more regular. I was tired of missing my period and making a mess. I suppose the pill and the patch work along the same lines. The only difference is the pill is an everyday thing while the patch is a once a week thing. It just depends on how good you are about remembering to take things.

My advice would be that no matter what form of birth control you are on, always use a back-up. I am proof. My youngest child is 13-months-old, and I am due to have her little brother in about 3 weeks. I was on the Depo shot. It didn't work. Needless to say, I am the talk of the doctor's office. LOL!

I know that there are only really two kinds of fool proof birth control - abstience or surgery. I just know that the Mirena birth control has a high percentage of sucess.

I know what you mean on taking the pill at the same time. I wore a watch with a timer so that I could make sure to take the pill on time.
