I live in Arkansas we do not have a Helmet law unless you are under 18 years old.But now they are trying to pass a low that states if you are going to ride without a helmet you have to carry proof of $10,000 dollars worth of heath insurance.Personally i think that is stupid! What do you think?

I will suggest you to have a helmet as it is good for your safety. In the initial stage,it will be somewhat difficult to have a helmet and the needs to carry it where ever you go is also tedious. But with time you will get accustomed to it.It is always safe to ride your bike with your helmet on.Push aside all the government's notifications.Cheers!

Here in the Philippines, we have a helmet law. Although the penalty is not as big, but I would say when someone suffers an accident, they end up getting killed or spending more. I think it is better to have a helmet considering that its part of safety. I have seen a lot of accidents involving motorbikes considering that I work as a paramedic. It is quite obvious that those not wearing helmets most of the time, have greater injuries and are more at risk of getting killed.
