Hi Brothers, As a Muslim we believe in second coming of Jesus on this earth...and Peace will be established by him after Hazarat Mehadi. Lets discuss these Quranic and Bible verses about second coming of Jesus. QUR'AN 3:55 "And when Allah said:O Isa [Jesus] i am going to terminate the period of your stay (on the earth) and cause you to ascend unto Me and purify you of those who disbelieve and make those who follow you above those who disbelieve to the day of resurrection;then to Me shall be your return,so i will decide between you concerning that in which you different." Hebrews 9:28 " So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sin of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him." The two conceptions of the return of Jesus are very different. What Islam believes and what Christians believe will happen is like day and night. I can not write about the particulars as it would no doubt start a Holy war on mylot.

There is a third thought you know. The one that he will not return at all because he is not the "son of G'd" nor a "chosen one". He was simply a Rabbi, from a well to do family, at a certain point in time in history, that may or may not have been crucified for improper behavior. There are also a lot of folks who do not believe in him at all or in christianity or the muslim faith. Just a little more info to stir into the pot. Shalom~Salaam~Peace~Adoniah

DancingRedFeather1 it is absolutely normal not to believe in Jesus when I am not a Christian. Beyond that I find your comment judgmental and insulting. A comment such as "I,m sure you do alot of things that are not considered right by God but for you it's perfect not to believe in Him so you can do what you want" when you don't know the person you are responding to is totally out of line. You should be ashamed.

DancingRedFeather1 This sounds so anti-semitic, Even Scripture says that God has blinded the Jew so that the Times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. You can not Blame a Jews for not believing that Jesus is their awaited Messiah, If god himself has caused their blindness. And the improper behavior that he speaks of is behavior in the eyes of Rome, not the Jews or Christian believers. The Jewish leaders of this time were Roman appointed leaders and If you were to understand what they were accusing Jesus of was not a religious condemnation but a political one. They were claiming sedition and treason. For they said to Pilot that Jesus claimed to be "King of the jews", which was treason because then they said, "we have no king but Cesar", He was not crucified for being the son of God, but for treason against Rome and Sedition, The part where they accuse him of tearing down the temple and rebuilding it was a claim of inciting unrest, and that he was gathering a following was seditious. This is the improper behavior that Adoniah i believe is speaking of.

You are wrong..Jesus was a son of a carpenter, not a rich family and he wasn't just a Rabbi. show me where he was crucified for improper behavior..you won't find that anywhere..even Pontus Pilot when the Jews claiming to kill him he said..that HE FOUND NO FAULT WITH JESUS. It's absolutely normal not to believe in Jesus when you want to do your own thing..therefore not beliving in Him..see the world in what condition it is. I,m sure you do alot of things that are not considered right by God but for you it's perfect not to believe in Him so you can do what you want..just like a child..who don't believe in his parents rules..does his own thing but ends up punished in the end

yet as a Muslim you do not accept Jesus to be the son of God!for is it not written in the quoran Allah has no son!a;so A;;ah is not the God of the Christians for Jesus is the son of Yahweh our God who actually tells us to have no God but him!

You might want to read scripture in the Bible about false prophets because that's exactly what Muhammad is. If Islam wasn't in the world there wouldn't be as many wars, pain and suffering. I'm afraid Jesus isn't coming back to turn us all into Muslims, why would The Prince of Peace do that?

Have'nt you read what the christians did to the Muslims in the name of your christ during the crusades? They mass slaughtered them for no reason that was logical to anyone except them. It was as bad as what they did to the Jews. I don't think I would be making judgements if I were you. Besides doesn't your christian testement tell you not to judge lest you be judged? I am sorry but that is wrong, The crusade started because the Pope wanted Jerusalem to be under Christian control, This is what started the whole things, Later the Muslims were able to not only take Jerusalem back but much more territoires, Then the next crusades took back to drive back the Muslims. And none of this would have taken place if it were not for the Church of Rome. Christians, Jews and Muslims lived side by side together in Jerusalem and other Arab countries for centuries until the atrocities of the Roman Church. Read your history correctly. Then the Holy Church of Rome turned on the Jews. But this was nothing new for them they had long before concentrated their power by whipping out other non Roman Christian sects like the Optics, Gnostics and other Christians to become the predominate religious presence. In my opinion much of the trouble in the middle east to day is because of the Roman Crusades, Is it any wonder why they still refer to the west as Crusaders? We still talk about evil dictators by calling them "Hitlers".If the Roman Church would just try to resolve this and put it to sleep and admit it was unjust and an evil act and ask Islam for forgiveness's, then the atrocities in Islam would have nothing to talk about any longer.

Too bad you have the Crusades all wrong. Check your history again. Christians defended themselves from Muslims trying to force them into Islamic supremacy , just as they are trying to force anyone today into following the pedophile prophet Muhammad. Just like Muslims love to lie and say the Holocaust is a "myth", they have also been lying about the Crusades all these years to the point where some Christians even believe and apologize for it.

Brother,You are 100 % right in writing these words. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad(pbuh)also predicted about the second coming of Jesus in following words: "I swear upon the One(Allah Almighty)who holds my life that soon Isa(Jesus)will descend upon you as a just ruler. He will break the cross(to negate his crucification),will kill the pig(to prohibit eating of pork)and will disallow "Jiziyah"(capitation tax from non-muslims living in an Islamic state as mostly people will convert to Islam willingly). There will be abundance of wealth and no one will be needy to take it." (Sahih Bokhari...........Nazool e Isa ibne Maryam......Hadith No 3448) I have also started another discussion on 23 Feb 2009,"How only Muslims will receive Jesus on his second coming?".....Readers can also read it to know why is he coming again in this world and what is his last mission ??
