I have a simple yet delicious suggestion for you to try out. This goes best with rice, but really you can have it by itself. Get a slab of meat thinned ( little thicker than ham, the butcher can do this for you) and then cut these into strips. You can have these stored in the freezer until you need to use them. To start get a portion of meat that would fit in your lunch box. Put it in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and enough sprite to cover the meat. Get a pan, add a little oil, when the oil is hot add crushed garlic, stir it around a little, add diced onions and stir it around until it's a little brown. Add some salt and pepper to the pan and then toss the meat in. (You can add oyster sauce if you have some but it's not necessary. You can also add bell pepper strips but that's also optional). Keep stirring until the meat is cooked. It's really really simple and goes perfect with bread as well and works as a cold sandwich filling if you have left overs.

Well sometimes I thake brown bread with tomatoes, others I take lots of cereal to nibble on the desk. Other times I take some salad, or crakers with cream cheese.

I wish I could help you and give you some interesting ideas, but unfortunately, my lunches are set up primarily to make the most out of my time. I do take frozen dinners, there are really alot of different ones available and some are quite tasty, but of course you have to have access to a microwave. I'll also take leftovers if we have any from dinner the night before. If worst comes to worst I will make a sandwich.

I feel like talking about lunch now. Haha. I don't have work at the moment, still looking for a job. I used to do the same thing, pack food for lunch at work, but sometimes I get tired of it, and sometimes I just run out of ideas and I don't know what food to bring anymore that doesn't taste boring. The easiest one of course is the very popular sandwich. Sandwich everyday for me is fine as long as it's not the same filling every time. try bringing bananas with sandwiches or and anything just to make it more interesting. i love chocolate bars with lunches too.
