I used to drink a lot. As if it was my energy drink before! Now I don't have any vices. How about you? Do you have any vice that you want to quit or had a vice before?

I have stopped drinking a lot but lately, I have met some friends who seem to have no other activities than to drink and this has not been good for me. I have set limits about drinking. Cheers!!

Same here. When friends get together they usually drink, and I have to say no although it seems to them that I am a kill joy...

Hmm... not that I can recall. Some bad habits, yes. But to call them vice is a little too strong a word! But I have quitted quite a few of my bad habits. And I am working on the remainder ones!

I used to be a heavy drinker and a heavy smoker. I still smoke and drink occasionally and that is with limits. I smoke and drink once a year. Hehe... and that is during every New Years eve. It is a terrible feeling when you drink, smoke, and exercise. Before I used to smoke before and after workout. What's the result? My muscles stores more lactic acid and it really hurts a lot. I can't do a 40-minute cardio when I was smoking. So, I really have to make a big decision in my life that is to stop all of my vices. Smoking and drinking has been a part of my life since I was 15 years old so it was not that easy for me to quit. But thank go, you know, he is really good to me. He helped me turn my back to those tempting vices.

Different people have different habits, right? And I'am sure you will be agree with me on that no one is perfect all over the world only those with sond mind and sound body. I strongly believe that everyone has some vices in some degree. I'am willing to admit that I have some vices, such as playing computer games too much, often staying up late, having no breakfast and so on. I'am very aware of the harm of the vices. And Sometimes I make decisions to get rid of the bad habits. However, each time I fail to do that. I find it so difficult for me to abandon the vices. I can't help playing football games when I open my pc and I often forget to have breakfast. That is me with so many vices. Terrible!
