I wish I could experience that milk bath.. hahaha but the problem is ... milk is too expensive.. I don't even have milk to drink because it is too expensive? how much more for a milk for bathing? Oh!! maybe the rich people can do that..But me? I can;t afford.

hi, dear Bebs, to take a milk bath is not that expensive and i promise you can afford it anytime ! by milk bath, we don't mean pour in bulks of milk into the bath tub, you can pour in as much as you like. maybe just a bag of milk, around 243ml, or more. as you like.

I tried it and yes its effective if you want a baby soft skin. Well i havent done this for long time now, well if you have extra cash, i think theres no way you cant try it. I am just using brown sugar and olive oil body scrub now because its not so expensive.
happy mylotting!

I love milk bath really! But I don't use the "normal milk"! I use one from body shop which has lavender and it's a milk powder. It really makes my skin so smooth and smells wonderful afterwards and one day I hope I get to try the real milk one! It's really sensual.

never tried that, but i've heard of the benefits of milk baths. goat milk in particular. but i do coffee baths... i read somewhere it burns fat - the caffeine content - when absorbed by the skin. Smells really good, i love it, I'm not sure if it's advisable to wash off the coffee after soaking yourself in it, but I do wash it away anyway. 15 minutes is enough for me.
