What sort of beaches have you been to?

I live on an island in Northern Europe which is surrounded by sea. There are some sand beaches and ones with pebbles but the weather is too cold for most of the year. If there is a hot day the beaches will get really packed with lots of people. In Southern Europe the air and sea temperature is much warmer so I like the beaches there. I prefer tropical beaches with white sand, gently waving palm trees and a reef nearby for snorkeling. It like calm water and get scared swimming in high waves. Beaches I love: 1. La Digue, the Seychelles 2. Lalomanu Beach, Samoa 3. Moorea Island, French Polynesia 4. Rorotonga, the Cook Islands 5. Asdu Island, the Maldives What sort of beaches have you been to?
