There seems to be a lot of evidence lately pointing to the health benefits of drinking coffee. Which I am happy to hear since I drink 3 cups everyday. They say the benefits are more geared to woman coffee drinkers that drink 3 or more cups a day. Do you drink coffee and did you know about the health benefits?

I drink raw ginger coffee 3 liters in a day. I boiled raw ginger for 10 minutes and used the boiled ginger water to prepare my faves coffee. It is good for my blood circulation and I really can feel its improvement during performing my routine walking medicine ~ more energetic. As a man, it enhance my "man power"...LOL! OK ~ regarding coffee, there are many articles do write the same facts about coffee can slow down cancer building and they provide various third party clinical test and the related journals in supporting the benefits of drinking coffee. Actually, during my previous time I hate much coffee and I love drink coffee since August 2008 once read those articles do support coffee is good for health. Honestly speaking and as I said I am now on 3 liters of ginger coffee everyday.

I have heard that brewed coffee is best and best for you when drank right immediately after brewing. Do you have the pot on?

So, drinking 3 cups a day may reduce the risk of stroke. I'm always a bit baffled by statements like that, mean how big is this cup? One of those teensy weensy cups that Turkish coffee comes in, or something a bit bigger? I have my breakfast coffee out of a big mug that holds more than 1/2 a pint.. 3 of those a day? Is more better? As a long time coffee drinker (the real stuff, not this instant substitute stuff) I'm gratified to know that my morning coffee is doing more good than just helping me to wake up

I'm aware of the benefits and lately I've been drinking a lot too, not for antioxidants, just for the caffeine effect - it boosts my energy levels. Other uses I have for coffee is, I bathe myself with it. It's believed to burn fats when absorbed in the skin. I can't tell exactly if it works, I only have been doing it for quite some time now. It smells good in the shower. I just make sure I wash if off well after soaking because I'm afraid it might leave stains on my bath towel.

I did not know that drinking coffee was good for you or that it had health benefits. I usually drink 2 cups a day. i use the decaffeinated kind because i don't want all that caffeine in my system. but i am glad to hear that it has some health benefits.
