Great wine in the $10 range? Any recommendations?

I'm part of a supper club and our goal is to make lovely meals for 6 people spending no more than $20 each for the main course, dessert and wine. I'm struggling with the wine part. I can't seem to fit taxes and 2 bottles of nice wine in $20, can you recommend a nice bottle of red or white in this price range? I would really appreciate your help. Thank you!
