diet plan...

it's nearly summer season here in Philippines and i want to lose weight for the coming outings and get together that i will attend..uhm can anybody in here give me some advices on how to lose weight in 2 weeks time?..about 10pounds a week..

Well you can increase the intake of water and its not much harm because you tend to loose water through diffrent ways during summers. and your body needs water more than compared to other seasons. secondly you dont feel much hungry in this season eat cucumber if u feel hungry this has water content as well as it helps in loosing weight. other things are watermelon the best way for diet people.

Actually it is not easy to lose weight for most people. And I think the way you suggest is practical without too much harm to health. I have nothing to do with losing weight because I'm really so thin less than 60km with a 176cm height. Haha!

Well, actually to lose that amount of weight you have to perform some unhealthy methods. They say you should try to keep you weight loss to approx 2lbs a week. This is the healthy way to lose wieght. But, you can lose more if you add exercise to your diet plan. Here is what you should do according to caloric intake. Breakfast, 400 calories snack 100 calories Lunch 400 calories snack 100 calories Dinner 400 calories treat 50 calories Now you should eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. Do not eat within an hour of your bed time. Try to stay away from the empty calorie foods and drinks like soda and candy. Exercise with this plan will help you lose weight quicker.
