I have been searching on how to change my ip address for a long time. I have a router. Is it possible to change my ip?

how you connect to the internet? I think you should ask your ISP (internet service provider), I think the IP address is given by your ISP.

If you are joining the plan that give you fixed IP, then you can only change it by asking your ISP to do it. I'm connecting to internet through a ADSL modem, everytime I reset the modem, my ISP give me a new IP, I don't know is this your case, I think you better consult your ISP.

No that didn't help. I found this website with high anonymity proxies. But i don't know how to use them. Do you?

I think you can change it. I had read about it before but never needed this for myself. Maybe you have to download some kind of program. If you search the internet I think you'll find some good information.
