Scrambled? Omelet? Sunny-side-Up? Hard Boiled? Poached? How do you like them? How many times a week do you eat eggs? As simple as it may sound, but in the movie "Runaway Bride" (Which features a girl who doesn't know what she wants - Played by Julia Roberts - and a reporter who was interested in her - played by Richard Gere - because she was in about a dozen weddings that never went through because she was chickened out). One time he tested her with the type of egg she liked, and surprisingly, she cannot choose. She loves what her boyfriend likes, another boyfriend, another type of egg. So, which type of egg do you like?

I like my eggs - boiled, scrambled or just fried - med. I like omelets and poached too but not as much. My Mom used to make a dish called creamed egg on toast. It's made with a white gravy and boiled eggs. You make the gravy, cut up the egg whites and put it on toast. Then sprinkle the egg yolks on top. My kids love it.

It's really easy. All you do is melt about 2 TBS of butter or margarine. Add 2 TBS flour. Stir til thick. Add 2 cups of milk. Cook and stir til thick. Add more flour if it's too runny. After that, add cut up egg whites from boiled eggs - as many as you want. Put it onto toasted bread. Sprinkle on the chopped up egg yolks. Enjoy

Hi Laydee, I like hard boiled, sunny-side up and omelet. Especially omelets with bacon bits, dried shrimps, sliced red chillies, chopped mushrooms and cheese!

Can I choose all of the above? I love eggs, and love to eat them in all of those forms. If I had to choose one though, it would be poached. I used to do it the old fashioned way (boiling the water), but now I use the microwave. They taste just as good as boiling, but only take about fifty seconds. We have eggs at our house every day, and sometimes more than once a day. They are good for you, easy to fix, taste great, and are not overly expensive.

I love eggs any way but raw. I had an unusual omelet a couple of weeks ago. The filling was fresh strawberries, pineapple, and banana with melted cheese. The omelet was then topped with real maple syrup and walnuts. I wondered how it would taste. It was very good. I like eggs Florentine. It consists of a split and toasted English muffin topped with fresh steamed spinach, egg, and hollandaise sauce. One of the favorite egg dishes for me is an omelet stuffed with a lot of different vegetables and some melted cheddar cheese. It is perfect topped off with some spicy salsa. Okay, that's enough I need to go get breakfast. I've made myself hungry. :-)
