"Creamie" for short has been neutered, gotten his rabie shot, his first feline lukemia shot and will be getting a booster this week. He's free of earmites, but his eye is not better yet. He became "Houdini Creamie" when I put him in the basement and he got out. He went away for a few days, but he came back. He loves to be petted and held. He loves to roll around in cat nip. He wants attention and when I go to leave him, he tries to trap a foot of mine with both of his feet. He's playful and fun. I got to get him healed up and get him a home. He's been living in our crawl space because my cat keeps beating him up and sending him back there, but it's dusty, dirty, moldy and neither good for him nor me. Baby the cat won't leave him alone. So I have to find Creamie a home. That's where we stand right now. But Creamie is outdoors sunning himself right now with one eye closed.

so glad to hear that Creamie is doing so well, maybe you need to seperate him and Baby for a while longer?

We're trying to keep them apart but enclosed porch is where my cat has his cat doors to go in and out so we can't always keep them apart, but we're trying. Someone told me it takes a year for two male cats to learn to tolerate each other. I can't wait a year, we'll go out of our minds in that amound of time. I've got to get him all healed up and have him find a home! Thanks and take care

if done correctly it can be done in a few weeks to a couple of months - depending on the cats

We must have more stubborn cats than you! Up here, everyone has been telling me a year for male cats to deal well with each other.
