Which type of rice you like to eat boiled or fried? I like boiled rice usually but some times i like fried rice with cheese. I know cheese is heavy for digestion but i like it so much. Some times i like to eat mixed rice. Now you tell which type of rice you like to eat.

I like both, but at home we normally eat steamed rice and just have it with any dish that I cooked. When eating in the Asian restaurant or fast food, I like to have fried rice and my favourite is nasi goreng. I haven't had fried rice with cheese and that sounds interesting.

I like both. We usually take boiled rice with meat and vegetable dishes; and it's a must when taking nice, spicy curries! Fried rice - I'll add dried shrimps, bacon bits/Chinese sausages, chopped mushrooms and eggs, with chilli paste or curry powder - really delicious!

we usually take boiled rice daily in our meals with some gravy. we just cant eat plain boiled rice and i make some curry with it. really rice can be prepared in a different way may be it is a chineese fried rice or it is a pulaw or it is a biryani, any thing. rice can made much tastier in preparing it in a different ways and different dishes. plain rice is good curries but fried rice is also tastier.

I like both, but only like a certian type of fried rice. It's ham fried rice from a local chinese joint. If I could get mine, (many many attempts have been made to make this, with no luck of it tasting anything like the one I like) I would make this at home, but usually just stick to the boiled. I use rice alot in my dishes I cook at home.

punmsharma,
It will depend for me here. Fried rice will be mostly preferred when I am eating alone or have little time to dish up accompanying dishes for boiled rice.
There is just a little difference with the preparations at my end, where we will minus the cheese. Most of the time it will be with eggs, chives, luncheon meat, sausages, potato cubes, garlic, soy sauce and ketchup (optional). On some days we can opt for seafood like prawns or crab meats making it as close to a normal healthy balanced diet meal.
I will be glad to share the recipe if you are interested.
Cheers.
