Size of paper credits/cents are not updated ??

In size of paper my credits or the cents are not updated even after few hours, i think they have new plans. I visited the site after a month so I do not know the recent rules that are in the site. Size of paper has no announcements relating to the credits updating, so I am confused. Usually credits are updated instantly but I can not understand this.
