Happy birthday! But, maybe your husband is really busy lately and losing track of the time. If his mind is full of tons of work stuff than he might just be too overwhelmed to think about what day it is.

Happy Birthday, jyesha, Maybe your husband pretend that he forgets your birthday and want to give you a surprise. Even he really forgets it, you can happily tell him that it is your birthday, don't be unhappy, it's your birthday, right? just let him know and don't expect other thing, it'll make life easier.
