Desktop or Laptop?

Which one do you prefer most? Which is more comfortable for you to use? I prefer Desktop, I find laptop slower than desktop, It's much cheaper than laptop and easy to manipulate, Like if it's broken or something. though laptop has an advantage which you can bring it anywhere and not so space consuming when in your room unlike desktop that you actually need space. What about you guys? ^_~

laptop everyday of the week he he he, I have a laptop and its an equal to my desktop he he he and was about the same price also if you know what you are doing the laptops are quite easy to upgrade etc etc Tho one thing I would say in a desktop favour is the screen sizes are usually alot bigger than a laptop but all said and done, I would defo use laptops as opposed to a desktop,

well i have both desktop and laptop. i use desktop for most of the things like watching movies, playing games, surfing net and all other activities. i only use laptop for my study work because i usually have to give a lot of presentations and it is easier to carry your laptop to the classes or i use laptop when i'm away from my room during vacations etc.

Yes, Laptop is much more comfortable to use when your studying or something, You can bring it anywhere even when having a presentation for schools. but in games? watching movies, surfing? I think desktop owns ^_~

i prefer using the desktop over laptops...i can upgrade the components of my desktop without bringing it to the service shops. i can modify and built my own computer the way i like it to be while on the laptop, it cost more and there are little rooms for improvement.

I would prefer a good laptop rather than a desktop. Because laptops don't take space and I can take it anywhere. Much more convenient.

But i like more the Laptop there is a lots of advantages I can bring anywhere where i go and also I can connect my desktop monitor to my laptop to have a bigger screen.Even i was living with my husband now, i still have both laptop and desktop.

Hey there! I prefer desktop. I like laptop but, with the kind of job I have I need to have a faster internet connection. Desktop has a reliable connection compared to laptop. Laptop is, I think, more on for on the go person. Or to those who like bringing them every where they want. Have a nice day. Happy posting!

Well i prefer laptop. Its comfortable to work in laptop. My Desktop pc is huge and it takes big place in my table.Laptop is compact in this case. And i guess it dont get highly heated like desktop. So i will for it.I will buy one after some times.

I am much more functional on a desktop. I'm sure alot of it has to do with having more experience on the traditional desktop, but mostly, I need my clunky old mouse. I really do. The little touchpad on the laptop just never seems to work right for me and I get frustrated quite easily. Or I'll be typing something and I guess I just glaze it or something and all of a sudden I've logged off from the site. What kills me is that my 4 year old nephew is a wiz with the laptop.

i like desktop better than laptop for as what you have said it is easier and when it gets broken or something it is easier to be repaired..but i would also say that one good thing about laptop is that you can bring it wherever you will go..^^

I wouldn't mind having both. I already have a desktop, but I can't take that everywhere I want to go. A little would be really handy.

I bring my laptop everywhere. Just how women bring their purse everywhere :P It's a lot more comfortable to me, and since I don't have a "computer desk" at home it's pretty nice setting up the laptop on the coffee table in the living room in front of the TV :D
