is roudycash also turns to be a scam already?

anybody here has been a memeber of the subjected site of roudycash? i applied my 2nd payout of 5$ one month ago and they cancelled my request then tell us they have implemented paypal for the payment. i changed my alterpay account to the paypal account then applied the payment of 5.4$again, have a 3 weeks waitting,i found that their system showing the payment has sent but after i checked my paypal account, there is none payment i received during this month . has anydoby meet the same problem like and does this is a real scam site now?oh..
