Do you drink juices?

If so what is your favourite? Right now I'm drinking home made watermelon juice. I love it because it tastes great, it is cool and refreshing and very thirst quenching. I like making my own juices because I know there are no additives or extra sugar added to it. There are chunks of watermelon in it and crushed up seeds and it is so nice considering today is very very hot.

You absolutely have to try watermelon juice then! I swear it's better than eating watermelon as a fruit. It's amazing. How do you do it? You need to buy a juicer. You can pick one up from any homewares store. They're not too expensive. You can juice virtually anything. Watermelon and strawberries taste good juiced together too. Another good combination is apple, orange and carrot with a touch of ginger and lemon. Not to mention fresh juice is very good for you.

I like fresh juices a lot, I like to squeeze oranges juices at home more than buying the one in the supermarket because they are added sugar.

Wow that sounds delicious, I'm taking it you have a juicer? I wish I had one but some are rather expensive. I'm now more careful of what kind of juices I get and will only get ones that don't have that High Fructose Corn Syrup...do you realize HOW many have that garbage in it? Even the top brands like Tropicana will have it. The only one that seems not to have it are the 100 percent pure Welch's Grape Juice, which I love...no added sugar either or HFCS. Then the other day happened to notice Welch's Grape and Cherry juice and it's also without any added sugar or HFCS

I usually stick to orange juice...I am not much of a fruit person but do occasionally also like a v-8...but I don't like to buy a whole container of it as most of it goes to waste.

Watermelon juice sounds great, Ill bet that it is refreshing, i like to make my own juices also because i can control the things that go into it, like you mentioned no additives, and no sugar. I love making orange with pineapple in it. i also like using all the different berries when they are in season.

I don't drink a lot of juice. I tend to prefer cold water, or coffee. Sometimes when I am in the mood, I'll drink a glass of tomato juice, or pineapple juice, but not that often. There are very few kinds of juice that I really like the taste of. I'm not a soda drinker either.

Hello coffeeshot. I drink orange juice, bottled orange juice from supermarkets, but it contains some chemical addictives in it, which is not good to our health. I think that the watermelon juice you make is a healthy drink that is worth recommending to people for healthy drinking. I must learn from you to make some fruit juice by myself. Thank you for the discussion and take care, friend.

I love fruit juices but I rarely make them. I prefer to eat the whole fruit. The exception is when I used my Mum's juice extractor to make bottles and bottles of fresh apple juice from the apple tree in my garden at the time. It was the best apple juice I'd ever tasted. Unfortunately, without preservatives etc it went brown very rapidly but that didn't affect the taste. In the end I froze it as it halted the discolouration until I defrosted it again. It took about a week to clean my Mum's juice extractor of all the little bits of apple pulp! Boy, are those a pain to clean!! I think that's why she doesn't use it very much.

Fresh juice is lovely in the summer - and last year I made lots of carrot, apple and ginger juice, which was delicious. I'm an iced coffee addict, though - that's my beverage of choice, and I have a huge, icy one every night before going to bed - summer OR winter!

I will drink cranberry juice primarily. I also drink grapefruit (which I actually hate) that helps a person to quit smoking.
