Problem with what he said/does is that this is a team effort... each team player CAN'T do what they want, the way they want to. THey all have to pitch in and help and do it the common way for the team to suceed!

I think that Clay was definately a weak link, but it wasn't necessarily his fault they lost the challenge. I think that the project manager, Herschel Walker should have gotten fired. He was the manager so it's his job to coordinate, delegate, and make sure that everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing. He obviously had some team members who could be self disciplined, like Tom Green and go out and get done what needed to be done, but then you had guys like Clay and Rodman who want to be stroked to do their share. Herschel just let everybody do their own thing and it cost them.

What I thought wasn't right is that taste test money $15k...went to the winners pot....the women wouldn't have won if not for that. It should have just been the taste test winners got the $15k for charity of their choice, and the sales of the cupcakes be the only collection to winning... the men's not winning the taste test, just meant that they don't know how to bake and the women do. But they sure did know how to sell more!
