No Fastfood, can you handle it?

I've been reading a few articles about fastfood making us fat and making our cholesterol level go up. At first, I felt really bad because I didn't know that it may be hazardous to my health if I continued on eating at fastfood chains. I even thought of banning myself to go to any fastfood places. _

i think it would cause me so much inconvenience if i had to give up fast food. we all rely on fast foods sometimes - like when there's no time to cook, or the kids keep bugging you to buy them their favorite fastfoods, or whenever there's no other place to eat, you just have no other choice but to bite into the selection of foods only offered at those fastfood chains. it's a good thing there STILL are a few fast food places out there that can actually serve you with healthier options like salad, sandwich, etc.

Oh yeah, my family and I can handle it, even most of my friends can handle it either. We're not really the 'fastfood' types here in our area. Yes, there are fastfoods here, but it's not something we can't live without. We have time to cook, and home cooked meals taste far greater than fastfood meals. We were even joking the other day with my parents when they said that it's been months since they last tasted a Big Mac. It's true. Yes, you do miss it once in a while, but I could last months and not go hungry without it. I think it's a different story though for people who are on-the-go.

Wow! That's really something. Yes, it's very different for people who actually lives outside of their houses. They don't have time to cook for themselves. They just go home to sleep. _

For me i really survive without any fastfood because i was trained by my mom to eat in our house and cook food by my own. Yes its true you can save time but you cant save money. its my opinion only. cheersss!

No Fast Food? I won't have any problem with that. It would even be more favorable for me because I'm in the process of losing weight so I intentionally veer away from Fast Food goodies. I don't want to stuff my body with unhealthy food. Hahaha. I have to - for now.
