Do you have Air Sick / Sea Sick ?

For me , I have air sick. Anybody here at Mylot would like to share their experience on how to reduce the sickness or what you have done/taken to overcome/recover from this 2 sickness .

i'm ok with taking the plane..but i guess i have sea sick..normally an hour before i go on a ferry/cruise/boat i will take 2 tablets of sea sickness tablet. then as soon as i'm on the boat, i will quickly sleep so that i can 'escape' from it :D

Since you have taken the tablet for sea sickness, why you make yourself sleep,then you will miss out the beautiful scenery along the way of the journey,isn't it ?

i have sea sick..always vomit when stay on the boat..

thank you for responding. Tell what do you do when you have sea sick ? I have air sick, so each time before I board the plane, I will take medicine. How about yourself?
