I have always bought from Littleton Coin Company or the US Mint. Both have had satisfactory service. However, I was recently told Littleton is an expensive place to get coins from, and looking at their prices I definitely agree. So, based on your experience, and where should I order from?

Do you guys know of a place to have a coin appraised for value? I have a Los Angeles 1984 23rd Olyimpiad commertive silver doller and am looking to sell it. LA was the first Olympics to make these silver dollars and it has what look like the LA Collesium on the back and an eagle on the front and RG stamped near the bottom and in original case/box and totally unmarked and never circulated. Got any suggestions?

I collect foreign coins and notes. I am keen on traveling so I get them in the different countries that I visit. In a capital city there is usually a place where sets of coins can be bought. I got a triangular coin and a three dollar note for such a place in the Cook Islands. I think that it would be possible to buy coins on the Internet. Good luck.
