Like a turtle on its back!!!

My daughter is five months old and recently she has begun rolling from her back onto her tummy, and the problem is this. Once she is on her tummy she sticks both arms behind her and fails and screams and can't quite seem to flip herself back over again. She has her bum way in the air and her little legs are kicking and kicking and kicking and rubbing her head against the ground. Its quite comical and it makes me laugh, but at the same time I feel really bad for her I have tried helping her learn to flip over. I am just wondering if anyone has had this problem and how did you help your child learn to flip back over?

My daughter mastered rolling both ways fairly quickly. I do remember the point where she would rock back and forth to try to flip back over. Try moving her arms up in front of her and showing her how to roll. Do it slowly, so she can feel how she is rolling.
