Having a verfied AP account for BuxP

I've been a member to BuxP for a while, and what I like about this PTC is that they have 18 - 25 ads available each day. The minimum payout is $7.99, and I was able to earn about $4 in one month. They've decided they will only pay those who have verified AlertPay accounts which I do not have, and not sure if I could get. AlertPay asks for a copy of a utility bill, which I cannot provide because I do not pay bills. Is it worth it to continue clicking ads in BuxP? Have you been paid by BuxP? Maybe I should enter someone else's AlertPay email, who can send the money to me when they get paid?
