Facebook is not safe. There have been several hacks and several phishing attacks against the members of the popular social networking website. According to the Television news broadcast I was watching, there was five in just one day. For those who say that is just another day on the Web, Facebook is frequented by those who are often under 18, several users are under 13.

Another website that is not safe is MySpace.

That is wise, and using just your PayPal account for recieving money, and keeping your dollar amount small within that account, is wise.

I never answer an email when it's in my email box from Pay Pal, I only go to Pay Pal itself. 95% of the suckers are phishing attacks out for your money.

That is very bad to hear of. I have an account at Facebook, and I hardly use it. Plus MySpace.. So, I am not the least bit concerned about these sites. However, I feel bad for the people that gets their page hacked into. This is very sad. I hope that something can be done about this. It is so much of bad things going on in this world. I hope that things can get better very soon..

I agree, and children using those social networking sites need to be supervised carefully.

Whilst using facebook, I would sometime get a message someone has tried to access your account and they advised me to change my passwork. I didn't but my account seamed fine. Or maybe I was just a lucky one.

Hmmm, sounds like a phishing attempt. Someone was possibly trying to access your data by sending you to a false Facebook website... Those are quite common on Ebay and PayPal.
