What are you cooking for dinner?

I had left overs for dinner tonight. Yesterday, I made lasagna and that is what I ate today. I am like you now, wondering what I will fix for tomorrow. I will probably make something with chicken, since I have a lot of chicken in the freezer. Maybe you can make a chicken and rice dish, or macaroni and beef or possibly a meatloaf with mashed potatoes. Just a few suggestions.

I'm making shredded chicken with spaghetti sauce on top of spaghetti. I made it once before and my daughter, apparently liked it a lot. She asked me to make it for her again a while back. Last time I made it I didn't shred the chicken; I just chopped it into bite sized pieces. I knew it wasn't as good that way, and she said that it wasn't the one she was talking about, so tonight I'm doing it the shredded way. I think when you shred the chicken the sauce just gets into the chicken a lot better... What I do is pan fry the chicken until it's cooked all the way through, then I add the spaghetti sauce and let it simmer while I boil the pasta. Enjoy your dinner whatever you decide to make!

I don't know what we are going to have for dinner tonight.. i haven't done my weekly grocery shopping yet because i'm still waiting for my money to be deposited on my account.. maybe, we'll just go down and order for some food at the cafeteria..

Thinking what to cook for dinner.....i dont have to ever worry about that. What i have to think is "where to have tonight's dinner?". I have rented this place near my college as i couldn't get the on-campus hostel. They provide the food. It is good but whatever he( cook ) cooks has the same taste. So we ( me and my room-mates),go out every night to eat. Don't think-"What a simple easy life..". Cause my both roma-mates are one of a kind. They can never agree with eachother whether it be a simple topic of choosing a place to crash for dinner. OOHHH here they go on whether to go to "nirulas" or "street foods". damn.
