does your dog gets mad or jealous when you hug someone??

Mine don't get jealous when my husband and I hug . One of our dogs ,the male gets very jealous when we play with one of the other dogs. He pushes them away and pushes himself up to us , like "pet me not them!" He is our macho male
He thinks he has to be first at everything . If we give him any special treatment he only gets worse , so we have to give attention to all three , and make it even .

No, I won´t allow them to be that,
that´s a sign of them being dominat on you or whomever you are huging.
If I where you, I would stop that behavior, for your sake and for happier dogs..
But of course that would be your choice
Be happy with your dog !!

Yep! Rambo does it all the time! He starts jumping on me, and starts barking like he's gone mad. And when I even give Harley a hug, he does the same thing... but then again, she is his 'property'... lol.

You betcha! It is almost comical, I can't even pet the cat without Rocky running over to butt in. When I hug my husband, Rocky wants in on it too. We adopted him from the SPCA, and it is obvious that he has been abused. He is so cautious around people until he really gets to know them. He is getting better, but doesn't like anyone to get too close to me. As we live on a rural property, he makes me feel safe plus he is really good with the cat other than not wanting to share me!
