Burning your own farm?

This is a situation story.. I hope I put it in the right area this time! lol Since I was learning about ethics in my computer class I was curious to find out how many of us would do this: You own an old farmhouse in an area where farming has been dying out. You haven't been able either to sell it or rent it for years and are losing thousands on mortgage payments each year. You keep hoping that lightning or vandals will burn it down, so you can collect the insurance and tear up the mortgage. But neither lightning nor vandals gives you the needed relief - and you find yourself thinking perhaps you can do so yourself. If you felt that you could burn down the house without being caught or suspected, would you do so? Be honest!

You would automatically be suspected. Even if they couldn't prove it the Insurance probably wouldn't pay off. Art

Let's say you weren't suspected, would you do it for the money?

I wouldn't but I know a lot of others that would. God would know I did it and that is all that's important to me. That may sound a little corney to some people but that's the way I feel about it. Art

No, that doesn't sound corny at all, I wouldn't do it either solely because of what God would think. Besides, who would sleep well at night?

NOPE and none of negative thinking for any destructive element and attitude or hoping for any nature disaster to lieu the predicament life that burdening my life. I'll react by implementing "The Miracle of Futuristic Thinking"* to raise up hopes for my better living. By implementing this system, I won't hope to be a winner by against the nature, but am looking for a gainer on nature. 1. STEPS AS MY MISSION What should I do to be a gainer to that huge area of land?. There are still many solutions, although an easy saying but hard thing to put things in reality. By implementing "The Miracle of Futuristic Thinking", it derives me to take every problem creates an opportunity. 2. BUSINESS PROPOSAL ON LAND PROPERTY I got land property and the only weakness is I am financially broke. So, I will look for potential investors and present them with my business plan complete with my feasible and effective projection cashflow, profit and loss, and balance sheets for one great business proposal; fishing ponds and organic plant/flower nursery. It is a high ROI(Return On Investment) with low risks. 3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Once done, I publish my business in newspaper as well as promoting it on my website with a real great Marketing Plan; Philosophy, Segmentation and Customer behavior. Next, think about Marketing Strategy to boost up my sales. For my fishing pond business, I collect the participant money from the entrance ticket and I charge them per hour of fishing. Whereas, my organic plant/flower business I will sell it not only by doing direct sales on sites but I will also make delivery by purchase order through internet for office use in private sector and government sector. To make my business place more exploding, I must also add some facilities for any party who want to proceed their wish for family holiday program.
