Am i the only one or has bidvertiser scamed others???

Well i ran bidvertiser ads on my ptc website and generated around $80, well i was supposed to be paid by bidvertiser on jan 30th but then i was told that to prevent fraudity your clicks will be manually inspected and will be paid on 28th Feb, but was not paid even on 28th feb and on March 2th when i logged in to my bidvertiser account i got the message stating "Account termination: Dear, we are sorry to inform you that our editorial team has found that your site is not qualified to be part of our editorial network. reason for termination: please understand that we can not accept every site as we are obligated for a certain level of quality in order to provide the best service and traffic to our advertisers. we would kindly ask you to remove any bidvertiser html code from your website ASAP."If my website was not qualified why didnot they inform about this when i fist placed bidvertiser ads in my website?? Has any one been actually paid by bidvertiser?? please share your thoughts.. Thank You..
