what will you do with your kids in the summer?

alot of people work and the school year is about to end.what do you do with your children in the summer time?what do you think is the safest place for your children to stay while you are working?

my parents are getting up in age to where they can't take care of them and her mom is too far away, so we have no grandparents to watch them. so with the price of day care, it is easier and almost cheaper for my wife to stay home and watch them.

i agree and pobabley even safer these days .the time the kids spend with mom will be better for them any way.i have triplets and work earley morning hours and come home before my husband goes to work.other wise the cost would be to high.

I have 2 children both in elementary school, usually my parents will rotate every day or week watching 1 of them, the other usually stays with sister-in-law or co-worker's daughter watches our daughter during the week. Actually I am off Thursday-Saturday, so they are with others Monday-Wednesday.

thankfully I don't have to worry about that anymore as I don't work anymore.I suppose it is the best child care you can afford.Then theres good old nan or family member or someone staying at home that would like to earn a bit extra from home.Good luck with it.x
