Do you brush your teeth 3 times per. day? And do you have Cavities or Fillings?

I don't know if everyone brushes their teeth 3 times per. day. But my family brushes their teeth 3 times per. day. We like to have really nice white teeth and not get cavities.
If you brush your teeth 3 times per. day, what kind of toothpaste do you use and have you ever had any cavities?
I think it's very important to brush your teeth. When I didn't brush my teeth that much I got cavities and I regret not brushing my teeth that much. But now, since I learned my hard lesson, I brush every single day 3 times per. day to keep cavities away.

We clean our teeth twice a day, but not with tooth paste but with tooth oil. Tooth paste have tiny small grains which demage the dental enamel (helps on the creation of dental enamel), this happens not with tooth oil. Since then we don't have caries nor dental calculus. Our dentist is not very happy, because he have nothing to do (earn).
