Waking Up in The Morning

March 3, 2009 4:00pm CST
I need serious help waking up in the morning, does anyone eles struggle getting out of bed? What time do you roughly get up at during the Weekdays? How long do you leave yourself with to get ready to leave for Work or University, College or School? Any ideas how i could get out of bed quicker to leave me with more time in the mornings. As the past week i have been rushing alot except Monday, i made it to my Friends house really early. I had no idea how i managed it.

Basically my best bet will be in a decent loud alarm clock that would wake me up in a jiffy... I really have difficulties waking up during weekdays early in the morning .. I'm a night person.

I wish I could give you some great advice, but this is something that I struggle with myself. I have to be at work by 5am. So, I set my alarm (which can be set with 3 times to go off) for 3:15,3:30 and 3:45. I have to be out of bed by 4:05 otherwise i will be late in getting ready. So even my last alarm gives me 20 minutes of snooze time. (See how bad I am?) I used to have one of those big ben bell alarm clocks that rang so loud it would scare the wits out of me. My heart would be racing, but I'd be awake.... Maybe I need to buy me one of those again?

you should try going to bed super early, i run on about 4 hours sleep a night which by friday does takes it toll. I got to be after 1am and rise between 5:30-6am for work. One night a week usually I pay for it by falling asleep on the couch by 10pm.
