There are many kinds of cheeses out there. Everyone has their own favorite. What's yours? I like Mile Cheddar. I could eat that all by itself.

I also like cheddar and I too can eat it all by itself. But my personal favorite is Mozarella cheese. I especially love mozarella when it's melted over pizza or a hot bread. Delicious!

I am a cheese freak so to speak. I eat cheese on everything and anything. The only one that's that I don't really care for are the stinky cheeses, like Limburger. I don't care for Munster either. I can eat blue cheese in some dishes but it's gotta be very finely used. I like mild, medium, sharp cheedar, mozzerella, swiss, provalone, colby, long horn colby, colby jack, just plain jane american cheese... As i said, big cheese freak! lol

I like kraft cheddar cheese (the kind you cut yourself with a grater), it has a great flavor and tastes good on tacos, chips, or alone...yummmmmy:).

My favorite kind of cheese is Roquefort, made in France. The best type of it is made from raw sheep's milk - the flavor is just so much better. Raw cheese is cheese made from milk that has not been pasteurized or homogonized, so you get REAL cheese and not some factory run off like you find in normal grocery stores. REAL cheese is found at specialty shops or at places like Whole Foods Market. I used to eat the factory made garbage with brand names like "Kraft" and "Real", but no more. I will only eat raw milk cheese, preferably sheep's milk and not cow's milk. It's a heck of a lot healthier to eat, tastes better and is better for the environment. Wait, does that mean it's green cheese?

I don't really have a favorite. I like just about every kind of cheese there is except cheeses in the Bleu family. As far as cheddar goes I actually prefer the sharp or extra sharp cheddar.

Cheddar and Provolone cheeses are my favorite. I like provolone cheese best on sandwiches. I usually don't buy cheese from the deli but that kind is the best. I'm really frugal so I usually just get whatever brand of cheese that's on sale at the grocery store.
