Favorite guest appearance on The Simpsons

I was thinking, as always, about The Simpsons the other day, specifically the "Homer Moves Twice" episode where the family moves to Cypress Creek "upstate somewhere." The episode features one of my favorite guest appearances on the show of all time, that of Albert Brooks as Hank Scorpio, Homer's Bond villain boss. That got me thinking about a lot of other guest spots on the show like Dustin Hoffman from the second season as Lisa's substitute, or the recurring Sideshow Bob and Lionel Hutz episodes. So, what are your favorites?

I love that episode too. One of my favorite episodes is another guest appearance by Albert Brooks as a counselor at the fat camp that Bart is sent to after gaining weight from the school's new snack machines.

Haha I love that fat camp episode. "Tough Luck", "Every sign is wrong!" LOL. Albert Brooks really made that character funny.

I remember that episode. I love the Simpsons. Some of the guests I have liked are Frankie Muniz as the boy who goes to West Springfield. I can't remember the name of the episode but it is really good, it shows Lisa, Bart, and Homer's day and they are all linked together. Also I remember Lisa Kudrow doing an apperance as the new popular girl in school (Alex I think) who is only 8, but has a cell phone, wears earrings, and likes boy girl dances. I also liked seeing Metallica animated on the show a few seasons ago, I really liked them as a teenager, and even though by the time the show aired I didn't listen to them that much anymore it was still crazy to see them on the Simpsons.

I forgot about Metallica, that's a good one. There's a bunch of other good musicians that have been on. I also like the three part day episode you mentioned. Thanks for the post.
