its long time since i sneezed

earlier i had this continous sneezing and i used to fgeel awful, but when i seettle down in dubai, it totally left, now again today after ages its come back and i am sneezing and feeling really sick.
Its the dust allergy and allopathy u have no permanent cure., what do i do
