It's true...When I was pregnant with my first son I craved a lot of oranges. With my girls, I craved steak and snickers candy bars. I'm not pregnant now, but I still get cravings: chocolate and salt! My blood pressure is usually pretty low but I have no idea why I crave chocolate.

Sometimes I think my body needs capsicum (the chemical in peppers) because my usual cravings are for something spicy -- red curry, chili con carne, salsa. When I read this subject, I just now got a craving for chocolate milk, so I just fixed a glass of this while I type.
