My eyes are quite tired and dry. This symptom started about 2 years ago and I'm quite worried about it as it doesn't go away but getting worse than before. I plan to see specialist soon, not sure if you also have the same problem?

I have tired eyes because I don't have enough sleep in a day. Sometimes, I can't wear my glasses for too long. It worn my eyes down. I need more sleep then, I guess.

tired eyes from using too much of the eyes - if i use too much of my eyes reading something or watching the desktop screen, i will have tired eyes.
Hello myhllim. If I use too much of my eyes from using the desktop computer and watching TV and reading, I will have tired eyes. So I avoid this once in a while by looking at something far away to make my eyes feel good again. I think that it helps if you use a dried wet towel on your eyes to release the tiredness of the eyes or you can also use some sliced cucumbers. You could give it a try, friend. I wish you to feel good as always.

Drink a lot of water, and wear something to protect your eyes from direct sunlight. Do you smoke? If yes then stop smoking. And go and meet a specialist as soon as possible before it is too late.

if your eyes are tired before going to specialist try some homemade remedies as it works and are alos are safe and healthy i also some time try this and it works Boil some tea in a little water and let it cool. Dip 2 gauzes in this brew and place the gauzeson each eye for 15 minutes. Make sure you keep dipping the cotton wads into the liquid, as soon as gauzes dry up. Effective treatment for tired eyes wash them with cold water, several times a day. This treatment reduces inflammation, moisturizers the skin /tissues, relaxes the eyes & provides relief from eyestrain & fatigue. Lavender oil offers gentle relief for tired and strained eyes. Add a drop of lender oil to 500 ml (2 ½ cups)of water and shake the solution well. Dip two cotton wool pads in the liquid, squeeze out the excess water and place one pad over each eye.

My eyes became very tired and dry after I started working at my computer for longer hours. After a eyedrop called Natural Tears was prescribed the problem dissapeared.

I just went to see an ophthalmologist yesterday. The tired eyes were due to dryness. He also gave me Natural Tears eye drop and additionally FML eye drop to cure the inflammation of my left eye. I need to apply that Natural Tears eye every 2 hours for 2 weeks!

The past few months have been bad for my eyes; most of that is due to the winter weather and the heat from the furnace. I was using drops but that only lasted for about a half hour. After that they seemed to be even worse. I can't even think about wearing contacts so I'm stuck with my glasses until it warms up.
