clixsense has 3$ as processing fee for upgraded?

Hi, I am premium member of clixsense PTC. do clixsense has 3$ as processing fee for upgraded members also or it is only for free members..

It's for free members only. Upgraded members get the check for full withdrawn amount.

I don't think it will turn scam. They will pay. But I personally think, this program is not worth for international members unless we have huge referrals and high earnings. And we have to keep referring people, as there is no residual earning from referrals. Only if our referrals upgrade, we get the commission. Otherwise, nothing if they remain standard members.

After upgrading, and cashing out, the fee was deducted from my earnings. So I do not understand why someone would say otherwise...
