What is better, Lost or 24? Or any other T.V show of that matter?

Nowadays big money is to be made by having an extremely popular T.V Show. Which one do you think deserves the title of the best T.V show of all time and why?

I dont really like either one of these shows. I just cant seem to get into them. I think House is best one and The Beast runs a close race after that.
