How do you cook the steak?

Just well done.

I like my steak medium well. I sometimes cooked it with just salt and pepper and sometimes I marinated it with a bit of soy and lemon juice and lots of garlic and of course with salt and pepper. I normally eat steak with boiled potato and steamed veggies, but sometimes with rice and salad.

I like my steak to be cooked medium rare...with a peppery flavor.

hello mermaidivy there are lots of different ways that i enjoy in preparing a steak. i use round steak for when that i fix homemade pepper steak with rice or egg noodles. i cut the round steak into strips and fry it up to make the pepper steak with. i also like to use tender cuts of steak meat for when that i am making submarine steak sandwiches. like the philly cheese steak sandwich. they are delicious. marinate your steak and cut it also into thin strips and fry it up along with some onions and green bell peppers to go onto your sandwich, slap a couple of pieces of cheese on the sandwich and dinner is done. also steak is good marinating it and using it making shiskbobs. oh man, put a piece of steak meat on the skewer, a pineapple chunk, a mushroom, onion, or pepper or all of the above and serve with rice for dinner. and i also enjoy just eating a steak that is cooked outside on the bbq grill as well. so when it comes to steak, there sure isn't much for me to be at all picky about. take care and have a beautiful afternoon.

I like my steak medium well. If I order out I usually just order it well done because I always have to send it back. At home I fix it on the grill and cook it 3 minutes on each side with some steak seasoning on it. I like it a little pink but done. BTW your picture didn't post!
