When I was a little girl my mother asked me. "Carol, what do you want to be when you grow up?" My first thought was a nurse because they help others. So I wanted to be a nurse for a long time, till I realized they had to give shots and see people hurt. I can not handle hurting people so I gave that up. Then when I was in 6 th grade. we played school. I was always a teacher. I taught all the kids in the neighborhood. It was fun for me. So I thought I would be a teacher. Until I found out how much schooling I needed to become one and I would have to deal with good and BAD kids. lol So, I changed my mind again. In high school, I thought about being a writer. If you had any kind of talent you could write. Right??. Until I found out how much work you truly had to do to write. So, I thought maybe a cook or a housekeeper. Well to make a long story short. I didn't become any of those things, I became all of those things. When you get married and have kids. You are a nurse, a teacher, a writer. (What do you call baby books??) a cook and a housekeeper. And so much more. Well now my boys are grown and I am no longer married so I guess I can say I am retired from all that. It was fun and I would do it all over again.
How about you?? What did you wanna be when you grew up and what have you done??

When I was little I went through "phases" of what I wanted to be when I grew up; I switched back and forth from Marine Biologist, Chef, Teacher and Hollywood triple threat [actress/musician/model].
I still do have interests for all of those things, and I'm just about to go into college. I haven't completely decided what I want to pursue, though.
