Anyone have a pet skunk? Ever had one?

I had a pet skunk a few years ago. It was such an interesting pet. We have had a few actually. I would love to be able to have another one but we have a baby right now and having the bottles around might not be a good combination. :) They are like having a little cat mixed with a ferret. Just wondering how many other people out there actually have one or have had one? What was your experience with them?

I have never had a pet skunk. They are so cute though I would have loved to have one. Before I got my third cat I looked up all about them online and was trying to find out like what I would need to do to be able to care for one and what the local laws were regarding having wild animals for pets. They sound like such a neat pet. I finally wound up getting a parakeet instead lol. Thats a pretty big difference pet wise.

Wow, that sounds like a very interesting experience! 
I've never had a pet skunk, but I have a friend of the family who did... sort of. Well, more like she was feeding/helping out a feral skunk who was living around her home, but it was still like a pet, since she had the skunk around for a couple of years. I was fascinated that she managed to NOT get sprayed during all that time!
