My sinus's have been making feel sick!

I go through this every year around this time! While everyone else gets a cold or the flu I get sinus problems! I get headaches,sinus pressure, my cheeks get really red,I get an upset stomach and feel achy! Nothing I do helps! So tomorrow I'm going to see the doctor! He always gives me a precription for some meds thatv always clears up my problem which is always a sinus infection!

My netti pot has helped me so much! I can't speak highly enough about using one. I've had a clear nose and no infections for a year now. They are very easy to use and don't hurt a bit. You can pick one up at any store. Namaste-Anora

My husband and I have both been sick all week with sinus infections. He missed two days of work, and I missed three days of school. We went and got anti-biotics for the infection and they ended up making me sick at my stomach! So I just went back to bed and stayed and asked everyone not to bother me.
