Have you ever slept in a position for so long.... that your arms become so numb you can't feel them or move them at will? Well, i have. and i always get scared that i'd lose that limb or that it'll fall off because of insufficient blood flow. there are times when i sleep on my on (when i sleep on my tummy with my hands tucked beneath me). and when i wake up, i find that i can't move that arm and it feels boneless. i normally would use my other arm to massage that numb limp and soon pins and needles would set in and all will be well. have you ever had that experience?

Yes, one time I woke up and I lifted up my arm, but I couldnt, it felt like I was trying to lift it, but it felt SO heavy! one time I really thought it was never going to be ok, since it felt numb and heavy I kinda panicked

There have been times when I'd wake up and my shoulder joints would be way sore. I could still move them, but they would ache something big. I just would have to deal with it until the sorness went away. It usually didn't last for very long...most of the time.

I have that kind of experience quite often. During that time I cannot feel my limbs and I don't get too much worried about this because I know that it will go away within a couple of minutes. By the way, is there any chance of losing limbs due to insufficient blood flow during long time ?
