What do you do with egg yolk ?

Hi, I was told that there are lot of fat in egg yolk. I'm too much into physical fitness and I don't want to get into cholesterol problem. So, I generally don't take egg yolk, I only eat the white portion. But what I can do with the left-over egg yolk. I hate to throw them away. Do you too eat only egg white like me? If yes then what do you do with left-over egg yolk ? Any idea..??
