drinking water is good to us - Drinking water is water that is of sufficiently high quality so that it can be consumed or utilized without risk of immediate or long term harm
Hello oinkgiz. I drink a lot of water every day, especially when I work. I am a teacher and have to speak a lot in class. To protect myself from getting a sore throat, I always bring with me a mug of water or tea to the classroom. When I don't feel good, I sip some water or tea. I think that I drink around six mugs of water or tea while working on campus, but I drink less at home though I also drink. I think that drinking water or tea is good to our health. Take care, friend.

Hi there, You are right water is really good for your health. ten glasses are the minimum number for the water consumption that we should have per day. I can't drink that much though, I'm trying hard at the moment because I have a serious problem with my kidney. The doctor said that was because I don't drink enough water so I suggest to everyone to have enough water every day to avoid this problem. Some people said that drinking lots of water can help you to loose your weight. I found it true... So if you want to loose your weight, eat in healthy way and drink lots of water..

Many people get this wrong about how much water they need to drink daily...I drink water every day. The best water to drink is distilled because they remove all the bad stuff out of it by steaming it. Or well water that has been tested to make sure it is safe..Our bodies are 90 something percent water and we need to replenish it daily. The correct way of knowing how much is to take your weight and divide it in half and drink the amount of ounces per day. Example...I weigh 150....I need to drink 75 ounces of water daily...It sounds like a lot of water but you will lose weight drinking it and then will drink less as you lose...Note when drinking water do not guzzle it down....try to sip and swish it in your mouth to get the enzymes in your body to move the water throughout your body otherwise it will go right through you...Hope this helps you.......God bless and happy drinking...LOL

I must admit that I used to be a bit dehydrated. As a result, my skin was frequently dry and I had to apply lotion constantly. But ever since I was employed with my current job as a financial analyst in a local bank, I was somewhat influenced by my officemates in the same division because they always had a bottle or glass of water on their desks. From then on, I made it a habit to always have my cup full of water on my work table. As much as possible, I try to drink 5 to 6 glasses of water while I'm in the workplace, sort of a 'water therapy'; so that I could drink less amount of water at home. Along with this, I have noticed that my skin has improved and I no longer apply lotion or moisturizer as often as I used to. Aside from fatigue, I believe that sleepiness is also an effect of being dehydrated, which might result to being less alert and less focused in your job or tasks at hand. I also am trying to steer clear of coffee because it gave me 'palpitations' lately. Regards.

Hello! Drinking water every alternate hours. Our body needs about two to three liters of water daily for smooth running of the system. If I don't provide it in time than I must risk dehydration and elevated body temperature.thanx.

They say that the recommended amount is 2-3L/day. That's more or less 8-10 glasses. Sometimes, I only drink when I'm thirsty that's why I can say that I haven't really followed the required water intake. If I'm not drinking water, you'd find me drinking juices. They're still liquids anyway. Although they're not pure water, they are equally refreshing.

Personally thinking, drinking eight glasses of water a day is a little too much.Usually I drink too much water I will go to the washroom fruquent.Maybe i can't take in it much.People says drinking enough water can improve your skin.I think it is right.I'll drink adequate water my body required.
